    Menstrual Health Equity & Education

    Menstrual stigma, lack of supplies, and misinformation force millions of girls to miss school and suffer silently. Sana Global ensures every girl can manage her period with dignity and support. As part of our approach, we will distribute reusable or biodegradable menstrual products, partner with women-led local pad producers, train community educators to break stigma and misinformation, provide girl-friendly sanitation and hygiene facilities in schools, and integrate menstrual health into broader health and gender equity efforts.
